Acceptable Use Policy

This H-work Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") forms part of the H-work User Terms of Service ("Terms"). All terms that are capitalized but not defined in this Policy have the meaning set out in those Terms.

 

 

 

As part of our commitment to keeping H-work a safe place for everyone, the Policy will be updated regularly in consultation with relevant stakeholders. The Policy help keep the platform safe for everyone by establishing a set of norms and common code of conduct that every H-work user should comply with. The Policy applies to everyone and everything on H-work. Your continued access or use of the Services after the date of the new Policy constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy. If you do not agree with the new Policy, you must stop accessing or using the Services.

 

 

 

Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breaches or activities that may violate this Policy or the Terms. If you are uncertain whether a particular action breaches the Policy or the Terms, please contact our Support team at qih@haiersingapore.com.

 

 

 

Prohibited Activities

 

The following behaviors or content are strictly prohibited when using H-work:

 

•Engaging in fraudulent activities or scams

 

•Posting sexual content or nudity

 

•Infringing upon intellectual property rights

 

•Participating in illegal activities or dealing with regulated goods

 

 

The following conduct or content may also be considered unacceptable:

 

•Sharing violent or graphic content

 

•Displaying hateful behavior or harassment

 

•Causing social harm

 

•Breaching data security

 

•Disseminating malware, viruses, or harmful links

 

 

 

While using H-work’s messages services, you are prohibited from:

 

•Sending promotional messages without recipient consent, or to those who have unsubscribed or lack a business relationship with the sender.

•Sending messages that cannot be rejected or blocked by recipients.

 

•Obscuring the sender's identity, address, subject, or other details.

 

•Sending messages with false information about their source or routing.

 

•Including prohibited content listed in this Policy, such as harmful links, pornography, or attempts to steal personal information.

•Collecting or using message addresses through automated or illegal means for sale, sharing, or unsolicited messages.

 

 

 

Additionally, all H-work users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction or otherwise be fully capable and legally competent to use the Services.

 

 

 

 

 

Enforcement

 

Behaviors or content deemed unacceptable will not be tolerated under any circumstances. In the event of any violations, H-work reserves the right to take any appropriate measures to maintain the safety of the platform.


This includes, but is not limited to:

 

•The suspension or termination of Services, including the accounts of Customers, Authorized Users, and/or Individual Users in whole or in part, and

•The removal of any content shared via the Services.

 

 

 

Should it be necessary, any acts of misconduct could potentially lead to legal action, and the information pertaining to such misconduct may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities if deemed necessary or as mandated by law.

 

 

 

Language

 

Multiple language versions of the Terms and this Policy may exist. In the event of any inconsistencies or conflicts between these versions, the English version of the Terms and this Policy shall take precedence.
